I worked as an Operations and Project Manager for Auto Club Group (AAA Motor Club) for the entire Northern region.  I was responsible for managing large and small scale Web initiatives spanning numerous platforms and multiple back-end systems.  I was the primary contact responsible for support of all operational activities associated with the consumer facing website as well as the internal systems.  I also was the primary contact for building and maintaining all relationships between internal and external vendor relationship and their deliverables.
